Mary C. Fittipaldi, Esq.
Ms. Fittipaldi concentrates her practice in family law, handling the firm’s more complicated cases dealing with divorce, equitable distribution, support and child custody matters. Ms. Fittipaldi also handles criminal defense cases. Prior to entering private practice Ms. Fittipaldi was an Assistant Montgomery County District Attorney for nine years, retiring in 2001 as Chief of Sex Crimes Unit. While an Assistant District Attorney she gained wide recognition for handling several noteworthy cases. She gave a nationwide interview on NBC’s Date Line and has given numerous lectures and presentations. Her undergraduate degree is from La Salle University and her law degree from Villanova University. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Bars and has developed a practice that spans Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs.
