Robert H. Lefevre, Esq.
Mr. Lefevre concentrates a significant part of his practice on Estates and Trusts, including Orphan's Court litigation. He is a candidate for the Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation at, and recently was granted the Estate Planning Certificate by, Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law. Mr. Lefevre also practices extensively in the area of general civil litigation. Formerly of the Intellectual Property Group of Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll in Philadelphia, Mr. Lefevre's practice includes a focus on trademark and copyright matters. He received his Juris Doctor from Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law. Mr. Lefevre is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Montgomery Bar Association, the Montgomery Estate Planning Council, and the Copyright Society of the USA. He is the Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Intellectual Property Law Section, and is Vice- Chair of the Montgomery Bar Association's Probate and Tax Section.
